1.⁠ ⁠How long does shipping take?

We process all orders within 6 hours to 2 business days.
Delivery within the United States usually takes:
📦 2 to 7 business days
(depending on product location and carrier availability).

We work with multiple US-based fulfillment centers.
All USA orders are shipped from within the United States for faster delivery.

3.⁠ ⁠Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order is processed, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link.

4.⁠ ⁠What is your return policy?

To maintain product quality and avoid misuse, we only accept returns if:
✔️ The product received is different from the photos or description,
OR
✔️ The product arrived damaged or defective.

In such cases, we offer:

OR
💰 Refund (only if the product is incorrect compared to listing).

5.⁠ ⁠Do you offer exchanges?

Yes. If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or with an issue,
we replace it free of charge, no questions asked.

6.⁠ ⁠I just changed my mind. Can I return the product?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns due to buyer’s remorse.
Returns are only accepted for:
– Damage
– Defects
– Wrong item
– Not as advertised
