Refund Policy

At Babatino, customer satisfaction is our priority.
However, to protect product quality and prevent fraudulent returns,
we accept refunds only in the following cases:

✔️ Eligible for Refund

A refund may be approved if:

1.⁠ ⁠The product you received is different from what was advertised
(wrong item, wrong color, wrong model).

2.⁠ ⁠The product arrives damaged, broken, or defective.

 

❌ Not eligible for refund

Babatino does not offer refunds in the following cases:

Customer changed their mind

Wrong size ordered

Wrong address provided during checkout

Product delivered successfully but customer simply doesn’t want it anymore

Minor differences in color due to screen settings

Exchanges instead of refunds (Preferred)

If your item is damaged or defective, we offer a free replacement with priority handling.

How to request a refund or exchange

Email us within 48 hours of receiving the product at:

Include:
– Order number
– Photos/videos showing the issue
– Description of the problem

We reply within 24 hours.
